Few days ago noticed amsyar having mild cough...after 3 days worsening of cough-vomiting but still ade appetite seharian tak bleh masuk susu ..but no fever..Okay ..observe dulu( biasolah anok doktor! )
Jumaat malam while sleeping noticed very tachypnic ( sesak nafas ) using abdominal muscles to breath
Rush to HUSM but fuuuuhhhhh ramainya manusia kat emergency......pusing ke KBMC admitted.
( note : eventhough i'm staff tak suke demand2 nih , unlike certain people - pegi hospital krajaan, nak layanan VIP !! hampeh ! )
The specialist was very worried- so atypical presentation -maknanyer tak macam lung infection yg lain- cough, fever...etc...
O2 sat. only 91% kena kasik o2 lah
luckily x ray ade evidence of lung infection- very worried of foreign body masuk peparu----panjang ceritanyer!!
well after 3 nights and 2 types of a/biotics--is improooooving !
MORAL OF THE STORY :
- JANGAN TENGOK DEMAM SAJE---TENGOK BABY AS A WHOLE INCLUDING BREATHING
- BEWARE OF SMALL TINY THINGS IN THE HOUSE
- DONT FORGET TO EDUCATE YOUR BIBIK TOO !

- Blue skin coloring
- Change in mental alertness or speech
Most children will breathe rapidly as they enter respiratory distress. As it progresses, they may breathe unusually slowly and/or shallowly.

SARANAN : KALAN TERJUMPA KENA LANGGAR/ nampak EKSiDEN KER---TINGGALKAN SAJA...BUKAN SAJA MENYUSAHKAN ORG LAIN MALAH PARA DOKTOR DAN MISI TERPAKSA MELAYAN DIORANG .BILA DAN PATAH SANA SINI.....PADAHAL RAMAI LAGI PESAKIT LAIN YG MENANTI !
